We're after profit and good times, and we'll do whatever it takes to get them. If you're looking for total freedom, and a few good pilots to back you up, then give us a shot. We're just starting out as a corp, but the core group has been flying together for some time. All profits are split equally, and we don't have any faceless jagoffs in our midst.
Requirements:
 High activity level. If I don't see you for a week I'm going to kick you.
Willingness to do some dirty work. Check your bleeding heart at the door.
PvP Skills. We'll teach you, but you better be a quick learner.
-2.0 or above sec status. I know this one sucks, but its gotta be done. We're in the process of fixing our own severely jacked up sec status, so you won't be alone.
Voice comms. Duh.
A good attitude, and a decent sense of humor. On long ops, this will save you from going insane. I guess if you don't have these you're kind of ****** anyway. 
Recommended: Ability to fly Recons, HACs, CS, BS, Interceptors, EAFs, and Stealth Bombers. We are a small group, so the ability to hit hard, move quickly, and disappear is pretty important. Everything else is icing on the cake.
